Portfolio management for UK discretionary wealth managers.

Models, bulk rebalancing, dealing, compliance and performance in one front-office system, with capital gains, ISA, JISA and SIPP worked into every proposal. It connects to your custodians and back office, and runs hosted or on your own machines.

The Book: every account with its model, value, drift and breaches; accounts needing attention first.

Everything the front office does, in one place.

Each part works on the same data, reconciled with your custodians and back office every time new data arrives.

Model management

Target weights, cash targets and tolerance bands, absolute or relative. Blended models, versions and sign-off, with the effect on every follower shown first.

Security management

A security master with verified ISINs and SEDOLs, house views, prices and exchange rates with age limits, and corporate actions with their HMRC treatment.

Client analysis

Every account a client and household holds, with valuation, drift, returns, attribution, the tax-year gains position, costs and charges, and a client report pack.

Bulk implementation and dealing

Rebalance, raise cash, invest new money or switch across the book; block orders, partial fills and fair allocation, matched to what the back office books.

Position x-ray

Every holder of an investment, with weight against target and gain; the accounts that should hold it but do not; firm-wide exposure and company ownership.

MI and compliance

Assets, flows, fees and dispersion by manager, model and custodian; compliance rules at firm, model or account level, mandates and a breach log.

A rebalance you can check line by line.

Every proposed trade carries its reason and, on a sale, the estimated gain under the same-day, 30-day and section 104 rules. Restrictions and never-sell holdings are respected, and the reason is given wherever a model line is set aside.

  • Sales round up to raise enough cash; purchases round down
  • Withdrawals raised evenly or from the most overweight first
  • An account on the wrong model cannot trade until it is resolved
Proposed trades for one account, each with its reason and estimated gain.

Every holder of an investment, in one view.

See who holds a fund or share across the whole firm, against target, with unrealised gains and client restrictions, and rebalance those accounts from the same screen.

From block order to booked trade.

Trades are combined into block orders, sent to the broker by FIX or as order files, filled and allocated to the penny. The back office's bookings are then matched against the allocations, with settled and unsettled trades shown apart and differences first.

Booked versus allocated: differences first, with settlement status.

Compliance before and after the trade.

Thirty rule types, from weights and concentration to restricted lists and currency limits. A blocking rule stops a trade; a warning needs a recorded reason. Breaches are logged from opening to resolution, with client-authorised exceptions kept apart.

The compliance breach log.

Works with the custodians and back office you already use.

Data arrives the way your custodians, platforms and back office already send it: their own file layouts, each mapped once; SWIFT and ISO 20022 statements; fund costs as EMT; or a read-only query straight from the back-office database. Every load is checked line by line before anything is saved, and anything that needs a person waits in a review queue.

Orders go out by FIX 4.4 or as order files, allocations as files per custodian, and data as scheduled extracts or through a read-only API.

Controls that compliance can rely on.

Your firm decides where the system runs and sets its own limits, rules and approval requirements.

Independent four-eyes

A second person signs off trades, model changes, corporate actions, data feeds and bulk runs. Compliance sets the rules; anything approved under a relaxed rule is listed for review.

Tamper-evident audit

Every change and sign-in is recorded, with fingerprints kept outside the system, so even a full rewrite of the log would be detected.

Access

Roles for portfolio managers, assistants, compliance and administrators. Two-step login, limits on failed attempts and automatic sign-out.

Your data

Encrypted backups, each one test-restored. Subject-access downloads and erasure at the end of the retention period. Everything exports in open formats.

From scoping to go-live, with your team.

We carry out the implementation with you, to a plan and timetable agreed at the start.

Scope

Your custodians, back office, models, compliance rules and approval process, and what your team needs from day one.

Configure and connect

We map your custodian and back-office data, set up models, rules, roles and approvals, and bring your book across.

Validate

Holdings, cash and valuations are reconciled with your records, then the system runs alongside your current process through a valuation date.

Go live

Training for portfolio managers, assistants and compliance, then ongoing support and regular updates.

Arrange a walkthrough.

An hour on sample data, shaped around how your desk works: from a model change to dealt and allocated trades, and the reports your clients and compliance team see.
